Admission is on the basis of a written entrance test taken on Second Sunday of February at various centres. No child can appear in the test unless he/she has been registered.

The last date for registration for admission to classesV,VI,VII,VIII and IX is 15 January.

The School prospectus with application from for registration and on set of sample question paper can be obtained by sending Rs 350/- by Bank Demand Draft payable at Dagshai or Solan. the junior most class in the school is class V. The school is run primarily for the children of serving Army Personnel at subsidized expenditure. Some seats are offered to the children of war widows and ex-servicemen also. All other categories are treated as civilians.

The syllabi provided in the school prospectus are for admission to classes V and VI because our normal entry points are classes V and VI and above, it depends upon the chance vacancies arising due to with drawls etc at the time of admission. Registration for classes V to VII is open through out the year. Admission to these classes is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Test.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

a) Transfer Certificate in Original (should be countersigned by appropriate authority (Distt Education Officer) except for Army Public School/KVs).

b) Progress Report of the last School attended along with character certificate.

c) Defence Personnel Serving Certificate, if applicable.

d) Dependant Certificate in respect of the children of Army Personnel.

e) Complete health information on a form supplied by the School (Medical History Form).

f) Indemnity Bond on form supplied by the School.

g) Eight passport size photographs.

h) Identity Card No. of Defence Personnel.

i) Zilla Sainik Board Ex-serviceman Certificate (having the proof of the ward).

j) Photocopy of Pension Pay Order(PPO) or Pension Book of Ex-servicemen.

k) Medical Dependant Card.

Admission Process

a) Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the Admission officer. b) Application form should reach to Admin office , New Cambridge International Public School , CA Site No.6(P), West of Chord Road, 2nd Stage , Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore – 560 086 c) Counseling for Parents and Child will be done. d) Entrance Test Process will be followed. e) Students from other School should produce necessary documents (Transfer Certificate, Marks Card, Adhar Card and Caste Certificate) f) Nursery to I STD should produce necessary Original Birth Certificate for verification. g) 4 recent passport size photographs of Child and Parents Photo.
