DESCRIPTION:Terms and Conditions \n\n* Submission of entries must be done by January 5th\, 2024. \n* Prizes will be announced at 4 PM on January 15th\, 2024. \n* All paintings must be done on the spot. \n* Participants are required to bring their painting materials. \n* The institution will provide a plain cartridge sheet (Size: A4). \n* All participants must be present at the venue by 9 AM. \n* The painting competition will take place from 10 AM to 1 PM. \n* Winners will be announced on the NCIPS website and Social Media. \n* Only drinking water will be provided at the venue. \n* An Aadhar card is mandatory for participants. \n* Participants must choose only one topic from the list provided. \n* Only one sheet will be provided per participant. \n* The judge’s decision will be final. \n* Management terms and conditions will apply.
