National Sports Meet 2023-24, Agra
New Cambridge International Puplic School (NCIPS) students showcased their exceptional talents and skills at the National level sports held in Agra, under the guidance of Mr. Vijay, Mr. Nanjundaiah and Ms. Kavitha Hiremath. 17 boys’ volleyball team secured the first-place position, while the under 14 boys’ volleyball team also emerged victorious. Additionally, the under 14 girls’ volleyball team displayed their prowess by clinching the first-place position as well. In the game of chess, Master Lochan Krishna showcased his brilliance and secured the bronze medal in the under 14 category. In the running race, Kumari Ramya Bai, under 12 girls’ category, sprinted her way to a gold medal. Master Kanish D triumphed in the under 12 boys’ badminton category, securing a gold medal. In the field events, Master Lalith S showcased his talent by winning gold medals in long jump and Taekwondo poomsae in the under 12 boys’ category. Master Lochan Krishna also demonstrated his versatility by securing a gold medal in long jump in the under 14 boys’ category. Kumari Srihasini emerged as the gold medalist in shot put in the under 17 category. Kumari Srinidhi showcased her strength and technique in the discuss throw, securing the gold medal in the under 14 category. Master Kishan S displayed his mastery in Taekwondo poomsae, securing the gold medal in the under 17 category. Master Gokul showcased his jumping skills and secured a gold medal in long jump in the under 14 category. Kumari Thrupthi and Kumari Spandana also shone brightly in the long jump event, both winning gold medals. These outstanding achievements by NCIPS students at the national level sports event in Agra are a testament to their dedication, hard work, and talent which has given them a chance to perform at the international level in Nepal.
