Admission Policy:

Our school follows a specific admission policy to ensure a fair and transparent process. Please review the following points for detailed information:

Admission process:

  1. Open to all: Admission is open to students of all communities, regardless of caste and creed.
  2. Registration: The registration form is valid for one academic year, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
  3. Aptitude tests: Age-appropriate observations and aptitude tests are conducted to assess a child’s basic skills in subjects like language, math, science, etc. These tests help the school understand the child’s needs and guide the child and parents accordingly.
  4. Cancellation of admission: In the event of admission cancellation, the admission fee and school fee will not be refunded.
  5. Incomplete registration: An incomplete registration form will be rejected without any explanation.
  6. Submission of documents: Failure to submit the Transfer Certificate or any other required documents from the previous school will result in the cancellation of admission without any refund claims.

Open Admission Procedure:

STEP ONE: Parents/Guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus to familiarize themselves with the school’s culture, ethos, and go through the school prospectus, annual planning, and fee policy.

STEP TWO: Fill out the registration form. The student may need to undergo an admission test in English, Science, Maths, and Hindi subjects. The test paper is semi-objective and covers general content for the respective class and subject.

STEP THREE: Collect and complete the admission form, school transport form, and provide the child’s medical history. Ensure that all required documents are in order.

The following documents must be submitted along with the Registration Form:

  1. Original Birth Certificate/Transfer Certificate.
  2. Copy of the previous year’s report card (required for admission from 1st grade onwards).
  3. Copy of the candidate’s Aadhar Card.
  4. Two passport-size photos of the child (taken within a week of admission).
  5. Declaration by a parent in case of poor performance in the admission test.
  6. For class IX and X admissions, the directives given by CBSE will apply.
