Terms and Conditions

* Submission of entries must be done by January 5th, 2024.

* Prizes will be announced at 4 PM on January 15th, 2024.

* All paintings must be done on the spot.

* Participants are required to bring their painting materials.

* The institution will provide a plain cartridge sheet (Size: A4).

* All participants must be present at the venue by 9 AM.

* The painting competition will take place from 10 AM to 1 PM.

* Winners will be announced on the NCIPS website and Social Media.

* Only drinking water will be provided at the venue.

* An Aadhar card is mandatory for participants.

* Participants must choose only one topic from the list provided.

* Only one sheet will be provided per participant.

* The judge’s decision will be final.

* Management terms and conditions will apply.
