Online Fee Payment – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the online fee payment facility provided by New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS). By using the online payment option, parents/guardians agree to comply with the terms mentioned below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with online fee payment, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS).

2. Fee Payment Responsibility

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the correct student details (student name, admission number, class/section) are entered while making the online payment.
• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) shall not be responsible for payments made against incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate details provided by the payer.

3. Mode of Payment

• School fees can be paid online through authorized payment gateways using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, or other digital payment modes as enabled from time to time.
• Availability of payment options is subject to the respective bank/payment gateway policies and technical availability.

4. Transaction Confirmation

• Upon successful completion of the transaction, an online payment confirmation/receipt will be generated.
• Parents/guardians are advised to download, save, or print the receipt for future reference.
• If the payment amount is debited from the bank account but no confirmation is received, parents/guardians must first verify the transaction status with their bank or payment gateway before contacting the School office.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

• In the event of failed, cancelled, or pending transactions where the amount is debited, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by the bank/payment gateway as per their standard refund timelines.
• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

6. Fees Once Paid

• Fees once paid through the online payment mode are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specifically stated in the School’s official fee refund policy.
• Any excess or duplicate payment made due to technical error or duplication will be adjusted or refunded only after due verification and at the sole discretion of New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS).

7. Additional Charges

• Convenience fees, service charges, or transaction fees levied by the bank or payment gateway (if any) shall be borne entirely by the parent/guardian.
• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) does not collect, control, or benefit from such charges.

8. Due Dates and Late Fees

• Parents/guardians must ensure that fees are paid strictly as per the prescribed schedule communicated by the School.
• Late payment penalties or fines, if applicable, will be charged as per the School’s prevailing fee policy.

9. Data Privacy and Security

• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) takes reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard user information.
• All sensitive financial and payment-related details are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways and are not stored on the School’s servers.
• Use of the online payment facility is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of the respective payment gateway.

10. System Availability

• The online fee payment facility may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, technical upgrades, network issues, or circumstances beyond the School’s control.
• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising due to such unavailability.

11. Disputes and Jurisdiction

• In case of any discrepancy, the records maintained by New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) shall be considered final, subject to verification.

12. Amendments

• New Cambridge International Public School (NCIPS) reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Such changes shall be effective immediately upon being published on the School’s official website or communicated through authorized channels.
