Online fee payments made through the website are subject to the school’s fee rules as outlined in the “Fee Policy / Form C” and other official communications.
Online transaction charges, if any, levied by the payment gateway service provider are not part of the school fee and shall be borne by the payer, as applicable under RBI guidelines.
Fees paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking usually reflect in the school’s account within 1–2 working days. It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure that fees are paid well before the due date. The school shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or declines of transactions due to reasons beyond its control.
The school does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online payment facility and will not be responsible for any penalty arising due to transaction failure on the last date of fee payment.
Website Product Pricing
All fees displayed or communicated on the website pertain to academic services offered by New Cambridge International Public School. The applicable fee structure is as prescribed by the institution and communicated through official channels.
Online payment gateway charges, if applicable, are additional and not included in the fee amount displayed.
Website Refunds
Technical Issues
In the event of a technical issue where the payment is debited from the payer’s account but does not reflect in the school’s ERP system, the payment gateway service provider may take 3–4 working days, and in some cases up to 10 working days, to resolve the issue. Upon confirmation and settlement, the payment will be reflected in the school’s account and receipt will be issued accordingly.
Multiple Payments
If multiple payments are made for the same fee and confirmed by the payment gateway, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted against the next fee installment as per the payer’s request. Refunds will be processed after both payments are received in the school’s bank account, typically within 7–10 working days.
The above refund terms are applicable to payments made through cash, cheque, or demand draft as well.
Website Cancellation
Since the services provided by the school are academic in nature, fee cancellations are generally not permitted. Any request related to fee discrepancies or exceptional cases must be directly addressed to the school administration. The decision of the school shall be final and binding.
Website Shipping and Delivery
New Cambridge International Public School does not deal in physical goods. Therefore, shipping and delivery are not applicable. All services offered through the website are academic and service-based.
