Yoga Classes

As part of our commitment to holistic development, students across grades have begun participating
in regular yoga sessions. These classes focus on improving flexibility, concentration, and emotional
well-being through guided breathing exercises, postures, and relaxation techniques.
Led by trained instructors, the sessions offer a calm and energising start to the day. Students are
learning to balance their bodies and minds, reduce stress, and build inner strength—skills that support
both academic performance and personal growth.
